BLM Swing Bender
The
BLM Swing bending machine offers a dual bending head on one machine, which
will rotate through 180° this means that different sizes of radius tooling
can be used on the same component.
Each bending head can accommodate up to four sets of tooling, which can be
of various radii up to Ø30mm x 2mm. Also available with the BLM Swing
is the option for variable radius bending or “push bending” that
allows components to be produced with a sweep or curve instead of a “bend”
With such versatility in one machine, it has allowed our design team to configure
prototypes & products never previously possible with a single stand alone
bending machine. As a major consumer of random length tubing we can accommodate
most popular sizes of tube.
Pedrazzoli Bend Master
The
C.N.C Pedrazzoli is capable of forming tubes up to Ø32mm x 2.5mm wall
thickness. The versatility of this machine is highlighted with it’s
user friendly software enabling operators to move from one component to another
with ease, therefore reducing down time to a minimum.
